all the goods we offer are stock goods and an also be picked up directly.

Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment. Deliveries are made from Tuesday to Friday during regular business hours by the Swiss Post. You will usually receive your order in 1-2 business days. We ship all packages via PostPac Priority. All orders received by 11:00 am will be shipped the same day to the delivery address. Express deliveries are possible for an additional charge, but must be agreed with us in advance.

Shipping costs for foreign countries are calculated individually.

The packing material is provided by us.

Delivery directly to your home for CHF 10.- (St. Gallen and surroundings)

Orders placed before 13:00 pm will be delivered the same day. 

If an order is placed after 13:00 pm, delivery will be made the following day.

Orders which have not been collected after consultation will be put back for 1 week.

Paid or prepaid goods will not be refunded after this period.
